If you happen to come across a brand of childrens shoes that works well for your kid, stay with it over the next few years as your child grows.

Also, if you know your child will be wearing a particular pair everyday, go ahead and invest in a nice pair of childrens shoes. This will save on your pocketbook in the long run.
